About this garage door seals
A threshold seal handles the bottom of a garage door, but the cold also comes in around the sides and the head. Those gaps are narrower and more irregular, which is where a brush-pile seal does better than a rubber bulb. The bristles brush against the edge of the door and close the gap without making the door hard to shut.
